Membership and Conference Inscriptions Fees

The funds that the SMCTSM receives through the payment of the membership to the society and inscription to the conference represent a significant part of the assets that are required to organize a high quality annual international conference. Similarly, those funds allow us to offer a variety of different types of grants to the students who need help to be able to participate in the conference.

SMCTSM Membership

Researcher or Postdoc $ 1550.00 M.N.
Student $ 500.00 M.N.

Conference Inscription until August 31, 2015

Researchers or Postdocs with membership 1  $ 2,000.00 M.N.
Students with membership 2 $ 600.00 M.N.
Participants without  SMCTSM membership $ 4,000.00 M.N.

Conference Inscription after August 31, 2015

Researchers or postdocs with memership 1  $ 2,450.00 M.N.
Students with membership 2  $ 800.00 M.N.
Participants without  SMCTSM membership   $ 4,500.00 M.N.

1 If the membership and the inscriptions fees are covered simultaneously, is preferable to send a single payment of $ 3550 M.N. until August 31th or $ 4000 after August 31th.

2 If is applying for student grant please just pay the membership, in case that you did not receive the grant you can pay the inscription with the reduced price of before August 31th. If is no applying for a student grant and the membership and the inscriptions fees are covered simultaneously, is preferable to send a single payment of$ 1100 M.N until August 31th or $ 1300 M.N. after August 31th.

Important Information

  • Once payment has been made, write down your name on the bank transfer payment format and go to INVOICING PROCESS. 
  • When the payment is made via electronic/wire transfer (SPEI), write downyour name in the line "CONCEPTO" and go to INVOICING PROCESS
  • For the delivery of your Invoice must provide a copy or the original of your bank transfer payment form and your reference code (provided at INVOICING PROCESS) at the registration desk.
  • NOTE: If you skip the INVOICING PROCESS or you plan to make your payment on-site then your Invoice will be delivered 24 hours after your Conference registration. Copies of your bank transfer payment form and Tax ID (RFC) are required.
