The symposium of Photothermal, Plasma and Vacuum is created to provide the ground for contributions that are ranges from growth techniques that required control over the atmosphere that could be plasma assisted or not, to the characterization techniques base of the conversion of light energy into heat.

Among the topics that are covered by the symposium are:

  • Thermal Characterization.
  • Ultra-fast induced phenomena.
  • Infrared radiometry.
  • Thermal lensing
  • Photoacustic
  • Laser Deposition
  • Atomic Layer Deposition
  • Sputtering

Both oral and poster presentations are welcome.
